What am I here to do? What’s my purpose? What’s my calling? What on Earth is next for me?!
How is one supposed to go about getting clear on and answering these questions when there are bills to pay, kids to feed, errands to run, emails to reply to, calls to make, relationships to nurture, minutia to conquer and all that other stuff that fills the moments of the day?
Watch and see if we can come up with something!

Practice: Get comfortable being in nothing.
Every day, set a timer for 5 minutes and sit and do nothing. Like really do nothing. I’m talking twiddle your thumbs kind of nothing and not even that. If you’re a super busy person who’s always got something on the go, this might be more challenging than you think.
Notice what happens as you do nothing. If it’s hard to do nothing for five minutes, how could your ‘what’s next’, your greater clarity or deeper understanding of what you’re compelled to move into, come to you?
This practice helps you to get comfortable with nothing so that you have a greater capacity to create space and rest and open in that space. Most of the time, there’s nothing to ‘figure out’ or ‘make happen’, really if we get quiet and still and open, it comes.
Now, go, do nothing.
Love,
Chela
