Well! You’ve made my day, for sure. This is so helpful, Chela. Interestingly, since I sent in this question, I’ve been graced with a sense of patience and trust around building my practice. I keep getting reminders to “honor the trickle”, as my friend Robin put it. This video is further affirmation. And, while I have a sense, I will be doing some more journaling around ease and what comes naturally.
