The holidays can be a rough time. Tricky and sticky and emotionally complex. It can also be joyful and connected and playful. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves with what’s going on. Who we’re with. Who we’re not with. Eating. Drinking. Overwhelm. Overconsumption.
